Estimated Shipping Timeline

Orders are currently expected to begin shipping in November 2026.

Payment Timing

Payment is collected at the time of preorder.

Limited Quantities

Preorders will close once production capacity has been reached.

Cancellation Policy

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund through June 13, 2026.

After June 13, 2026, preorder purchases become non-refundable as production quantities, materials, and manufacturing planning will already be underway.

Production & Fulfillment

Each Flower Hour Mahj set is produced through a detailed, multi-step manufacturing and finishing process, including hand-painted engraving work.

Because of the nature of preorder production, timelines may occasionally shift slightly beyond original estimates.

Shipping Delays

While we will always aim to meet estimated shipping timelines, Flower Hour Mahj cannot guarantee exact shipment dates due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing, freight, customs, and carrier delays.

Returns After Delivery

Once delivered, orders are subject to Flower Hour Mahj’s Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, tile sets must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all shrink wrap fully intact.
